Teacher passes away

DEMOW, June 6: Hadari Kalita, Assistant Teacher of Athabari Higher Secondary School and daughter of Gobin Kalita of Demow Kushal Path, died on Sunday night at her residence.

According to Sources, on Sunday night at around 7:30 pm she had a heart attack due to which her family members immediately took her to a private nursing home in Sivasagar where the doctors declared her dead.

The teaching staff, students of Athabari Higher Secondary School along with Brihattar Asomiya Yuba Mancha (BAYM), Athabari Regiol Committee paid their last respects to Hadari Kalita. She leaves behind her mother, brother and a host of relatives.
