Teacher- student group of gaon Christjyoti School visits Germany

GAON (HAIBORGAON), May 27: A group of teachers along with a few selected students of gaon Christjyoti School flew to Germany for a couple of weeks and took part in a series of semirs in various places of Germany on the topic ‘Education in Globalized World’. The teachers’ group was invited by an intertiol organization med German-Indian Partnership Programme for a series of semirs which would be held at various places including Frankfurt, Aachen and Berlin on the same topic. The teachers’ group already took part in semirs held in Frankfurt and Aachen and on Thursday the group arrived in Berlin and visited the German Parliament where the teachers’ group took part in an interaction programme with MPs. The group comprised Father Beni, teachers Himadri Saikia, Mayuri Saikia, students zrin Islam, Angela Shirin, Tushar Agarwala and Jahbpran Kashyap and sisters Theresa and Shiny.
