Teachers' conference gets under way in Diphu

DIPHU, January 28: The three-day 32nd biennial conference of Karbi Anglong Primary Teachers’ Association got under way at Government Boys’ Higher Secondary School playground at Diphu in Karbi Anglong on Thursday. As per today’s programme, the mes of delegates of various schools across the district were registered and the camp was iugurated by Paniram Engty, district education officer on the first day today. In the evening, the delegates first meeting was held which was chaired by Harsing Teron, joint secretary, Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council.
