Tension over alleged rape in Golaghat

Golaghat, April 16: The alleged rape of an elderly woman has created sensation in the greater Kamarbandha region in Golaghat. As per sources, Bidyut Rajkumar of Raidingia village allegedly raped an elderly woman of the region on April 14 in her house after making her husband drunk. When the people came to know about the incident they were shocked and angry. They thrashed Bidyut Rajkumar and handed him over to Kamarbandha PS.
