Teron nomited DU Court member

HOWRAGHAT, June 4: The editor of the local vercular newspaper  Thekar and  Asmni India tiol Council Member (AINC) Longsing Teron has been nomited to the Court of Dibrugarh University (DU) by the Chancellor of the University and Governor of Assam.

He has been nomited for a term of five years.  Longsing Teron is editor of Thekar, a Karbi daily published from Diphu. He is also the president of Jourlist Federation of Assam, Karbi Anglong.
