TET teachers stage protest at Bilasipara

BILASIPARA, November 27:  Over 200 TET qualified teachers under Bilasipara education block staged a dhar in front of DI office, Bilasipara on Thursday and submitted a memorandum to the Chief Minister through the DI of Schools, Bilasipara demanding fulfillment of their various demands including regularization of jobs. On behalf of the Bilasipara block TET teachers association the memorandum was signed by Dipjyoti Saharia, president and Anil Deka, secretary. The TET teachers threatened to start hunger strike from December 21 if the demands are not fulfilled within seven days.
