The Bihu Story Ensues: Bihu Sanmilanis Are In Full Swing

GUWAHATI: The Bihu fervor has gripped the people of the city and preparations in the various Bihu Sanmilanis are on in full swing with organizers adding the finishing touches.

The Bonda Anchalik Rangali Bihu Sanmilanis, which will be starting their 35th edition, will start from April 16 till three days, where various competitions and fun programmes are organized. The Chandrapur Anchalik Bihu Sanmilani, which will be starting their 39th edition, will start on April 15 and 16. The Lutuma Bohagi Utsav, which will be starting their 43rd edition, on April 19 and 20, will hold the solo and group dance competition on the last day. The Bhagadattapur Rongali Bihu Uzapan will be organized on April 16, the New Guwahati Rongali Bihu Sanmilani will be starting on April 14 till 17, the Beltola Rongali Bihu Sanmilani will be organized on April 17, the Mirzapur Rongali Bihu Sanmilani will start from April 19 to 21, while the All Assam Best Bihu Bhupendra Sangeet Competition will be organized on April 17 at Beltola Rongali Bihu Sanmilani.
