Theft in school

DEMOW, Sept 6: Theft was reported in Demow Girls’ High Medium School which is located near Demow Public playground, on Monday night. According to sources, the thief broke the windows of the school on Monday night and took away a motor and also two-and-half quintals rice for the mid-day meal. On Tuesday, when the fourth grade employee and Principal of Demow Girls’ High Medium School came to school, the theft came to light. The school authority lodged an FIR in Demow Police Station on Tuesday. This incident marred the Teachers’ Day celebration in the school.
