Thief arrested

Joysagar, April 30: Sivasagar Police arrested a thief from the bypass area of the town on Saturday. As per reports received, one Sahedur Hussain (33) was bbed by police on charges of theft in Banmukh area of Sivasagar. Sahedur and his gang had allegedly looted as many as 10 families and two amghars situated in Banmukh area under Sivasagar PS. Some jewellery and other goods were recovered from his possession, said police sources.
