Third Teacher Eligibility Test held in Aruchal

Itagar, January 19: The third State Level Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) has been conducted by the Directorate of Elementary Education, at four different centers of Itagar, mely, DNG College, Government HSS, Arunodaya HSS and Kingcup Public School ton Sunday.  85 per cent of the total 3103 registered candidates took part in the test which ended peacefully under the strict supervision of Aruchal Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (APTET) director along with magistrate, observer, centre superintendant and police personnel. The APTET rules 2012 came into force from March 15, 2012. First and second TET was conducted successfully in the year 2012 and 2013 respectively and majority of the qualified candidates were absorbed in SSA–RTE, according to an official release.
