Thowra Block Congress Committee stages road blockade

DEMOW, August 24: The Thowra Block Congress Committee staged a road blockade on Monday in protest against the dilapidated condition of NH-37 and demanded immediate repair.

The Congress activists shouted various slogans against the BJP government. The protest was led by Manuranjan Konwar, general secretary of Congress Sivasagar District committee, Shyam Agrawalla, president of Thowra Block Congress committee and Jitu Changmai, president of Youth Congress.
