HOWRAGHAT, May 2: Three people were kidpped by suspected militants from a Rajen Engti rubber garden, near Diphu. The report of the kidpping was made on Saturday but the three people were allegedly kidpped by suspected armed militants on April 30. The abducted workers of the rubber garden have been identified as Joysing Phangcho (25), Bhupen Terang (25) and Siman Engti (60).
