Three injured in accidents

SHILLONG, July 29: Three people were left injured in two separate road mishap in Meghalaya on Wednesday. In the first incident, a truck bearing registration number AS-01-EC-0144, on its way towards Silchar from Guwahati overturned in Byndihati under Khliehriat Block of East Jaintia Hills district. The helper of the truck sustained injuries in the accident. The injured Jongsher Ali (24) was shifted to Khliehriat CHC. In the second incident, two occupants of a Maruti car sustained injuries when the vehicle had a head on collision with a Mahindra Bolero near the ITI Complex at Araimile in Tura. The injured, Julius Marak (40) and Francis G. Momin (42) were shifted to Tura Civil Hospital.
