Three killed in mishap

IMPHAL, March 24: Three persons were killed on the spot and four others seriously wounded when a truck in which they were travelling plunged into a 200 metre gorge near Nung Dolan in Tamenglong district on Monday night.  The dead included the driver and the owner of the bricks. He had brought the bricks from a kiln in Imphal. The bodies were retrieved this morning for post mortem. The injured persons were rushed to hospitals.
