Three KPLT ultras killed in encounter

HOWRAGHAT, July 29: According to an unofficial report of police, three KPLT militants were killed during an encounter with security forces on Wednesday at Dhan Tokbi village about 20 km way from Samelangso police station.   Two of them have been identified as Jermong and Borlijang. One could not be identified as yet, Debojit Deury, Superintendent of Police, KArbi Anglong said. According to his unofficial report, sophisticated arms like one AK-56, two pistols, three numbers of gredes, demand letters and several rounds of live ammunition were recovered from them.
