Three millioires in fray in Tinsukia district

TINSUKIA, March 22: As many as three millioires are in the fray in three LACs out of 5 LACs in Tinsukia district.  Rajendra Prasad Singh (INC) of 122 Tinsukia has around Rs 3.8 crore  assets in terms of both movable and immovable properties, Pradyut Bordoloi (INC) of 124 Margherita has Rs 6.1 crore. While Dilip Moran contesting from 125 Doomdooma LAC as BJP candidate has declared to possess assets worth Rs 1.7 crore, Bolin Chetia (BJP) contesting from 126 Sadiya fell just short of Rs 1 crore. Mentiobly, RP Singh has been serving the constituency for last 15 years in three consecutive terms, Pradyut Bordoloi for 17 years in four terms including by-election, Bolin Chetia for 10 years in two terms, while Dilip Moran for five years.
