Three officers of Karbi Anglong Police receive awards

HOWRAGHAT, Nov 19:  The Director General of Police (DGP), Assam Commendation Award 2015-16 was presented to three officers of Karbi Anglong Police in an official ceremony organized at the office of the Superintendent of Police, Karbi Anglong.

Officer in-charge of Khatkhati Police Station, Dipok Borah was awarded a gold medal for his commendable services. Sub-Inspector Manoj Kumar Das was awarded the silver medal for the year 2016, and Sub-Inspector Abul Farukh, Officer in-charge of Diphu Police Town Outpost was awarded with silver medal for the year 2015.

The award-winning police officers were felicitated by Superintendent of Police Karbi Anglong Dr GV Shiva Prasad with Assamese scarf and acclamation dispatch. The programme was attended by Subdivisiol Police Officer of Bokajan, Pushparaj Singh, Additiol Superintendent of Police (Hqr), Suren Musahari, DSP (Hqr) N. Singson, SDP Mozaffer Hussain, and other officers.
