Three youths go missing at Demow

DEMOW, Dec  30: Three youths of Demow had gone to Varasi of Uttar Pradesh for earning their livelihood. Since then they are missing.

The missing youths are Babu Turi, son of Laxman Turi, Rahul Tanti (16), son of Tulasiya Tanti, and Sainik Ghasi (16), son of Sahan Ghasi of Rajmai Tea Estate 3 No Line under Demow Police Station. According to the family members of the three youths near Rajmai at Palengi, Putul Bhuyan had taken seven youths of Rajmai Tea Estate on December 15 to work in a private company to earn their livelihood. Though the youths were working in Varasi in a factory, they left their work on December 22 and were returning home by train after few days. After reaching Bihar they informed their family members over phone. Since then the family members of the three youths have not been able to get in touch with them. An FIR has been lodged by the family members of the three youths in Demow Police Station and the police are investigating the case.
