Tinsukia civic body Vice chairman resigns

Tinsukia,September 3: Rotan Seel, vice chairman and gindra Singh ward commissioner of Tinsukia Municipality Board have resigned from the party. Both of them have submitted resigtioin letters to the president of Tinsukia District Congress Committee on Wednesday following some interl feud within the party. Rotan Seel was elected as ward commissioner from ward no 7 and gindra Singh was elected from Ward no 6. The Tinsukia municipality board was formed by Congress which won eight seats out of fifteen in the civic polls. Both the vice-president and ward commissioner alleged that chairman Dipti Das and former vice chairman Heman Sarma were conspiring against them and violating the rules and regulations of the civic body.
