TINSUKIA, April 23: Tinsukia MLA Sanjay Kishan extended financial support from his MLALAD grant to Tinsukia Press Club (TPC) for renovation of the Press Club building on Monday. In a programme chaired by Md Hussain Khan, president of TPC, Kishan handed over a cheque of Rs 56,000 as first instalment of the total Rs 1.5 lakh to the secretary of the club, Pranab Phukan. Kishan also told media persons that he would search for a suitable government land at a good location of the town for the Press Club.
