tiol Press Day observed

Donkamokam, November 16: tiol Press Day was observed on Wednesday at Hamren in West Karbi Anglong for the first time.The theme this year was ‘Reporting from conflict area and challenges for media’.

Swenson Terang, DIPRO officer of Hamren attended as resource person. He said that media persons help in building the society brick by brick. He also appreciated the challenging and dedicated work of the press while collecting information from remote hill areas.

 Presided over by senior jourlist Joysing Terang, various media persons from across the district attended the programme.
