tiol semir on Srimanta Sankardeva

gaon, June 14: Andaram Dhekial Phookan (ADP) College of gaon is going to organize a tiol-level semir under the title Srimanta Sankardeva as an Innovator’. The semir will be sponsored by UCG and it will be held from August 21 to August 22.  The semir has been organized with a view to expand the ideology of the great social reformer and cultural innovator to the tiol level. In order to discuss the contribution of Mahapurush Sankardeva not only as a religious saint but also as a literary giant, the organizers have set some sub-themes.
The sub-themes are Sankardeva: founder of new social order, Sankardeva and classical music/ dance of Assam, Sankardeva and the ethnic integration in Assam, Sankardeva Movement and micro fincing in Assam, literary contribution of Sankardeva, Vaishva painting tradition and Sankardeva and Sankardeva as a pioneer of local self administration.
