Top award for Jurbor Phangcho

SHILLONG, Jan 19: Jurbor Phangcho, a resident of Nongsder, Ri-Bhoi district, was awarded the ‘Bharat Rat Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Excellence Award’ by former Speaker, Lok Sabha, Meira Kumar, at New Delhi on January 14, 2017.
