Top performers to get motor bikes in Senior ID soccer

GUWAHATI, Dec 2: It will be a unique incident in the football of Assam. Three top perfprmers, who will participate in the next Senior Inter District Soccer Championship, will receive motor bikes each. The decision, to award motor bikes, was taken by the Sivasagar District Sports Association who will host the meet.

The secretary of the Assam Football Association Ankur Dutta releasing the news to the media today said that although the date of the fil is yet to be filized but it would be held from the middle part of this month at Amguri. Three bikes will be awarded to the best footballer and goalkeeper of the meet along with the man of the fil.

It may be mentioned here that last time Tezpur won the title and Barpeta finished as runners up.
