Toppers felicitated

SHILLONG, July 10: The Ri Bhoi Youth Federation (RBYF) organized a felicitation programme for the SSLC Toppers from Ri Bhoi district today at the Community Hall, Umroi. Dr DD Lapang, Chief Adviser to the Government of Meghalaya graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. Students from different schools of Ri Bhoi district, teachers, parents and representatives of the Organization were also present at the felicitation programme.
