Tortoise recovered in Demow

DEMOW, December 10: On Wednesday evening a big tortoise came out from in front of the drain of United Bank of India (UBI) of Demow Branch which is near NH-37 road. After coming out from the drain it came onto the road when the local people noticed it and handed it over to Demow Police Station. The Demow Police handed over the tortoise to the Forest Department and the Forest Department released the tortoise in Demow River.
