Trader Bhaben Saikia passes away

HOWRAGHAT, September 22: Reputed businessman and social worker of Howraghat town, Bhaben Saikia died on Tuesday evening at around 5.20 pm at his residence. Saikia died of pressure stroke. Though he was admitted promptly at Howraghat CHC but he was declared brought death by doctors. Saikia’s well-wishers in Howraghat town and people of his tive village of Borbil rushed to his residence after the news of his death spread. People of entire Howraghat town mourned his death.  He was 68.  He leaves behind his wife and three sons.
