GORESWAR, Aug 31: A day-long training programme on Swachh Bharat Mission (G) for Swachhatagrahi was held at the Durga Mandir premises near Tamulpur PHE subdivision recently. Altogether 100 participants took part in the training programme. They have been engaged as Swachhatagrahis in the Swachh Bharat Mission (G) under Tamulpur Development Block, grijuli Development Block , Goreswar Development Block and Rangiya part Development Block area in Baksa district.
Manjen Boro, JE, Tamulpur Section (PHE) gave the welcome address in the training programme and spoke about the dimension of Individual Household Latrine (IHHL) which are being constructed in the villages under Public Health Engineering Department (PHED). Niranjan Deka, BRCC, Goreswar Block, took part in the programme as resource person and spoke on Solid and liquid Waste Magement (SLWM).
