Training programme on sericulture concludes

Lakhimpur, July 18: United RSETI organized a valedictory training programme on sericulture which concluded in Lakhimpur on Monday. The eight-day training programme started from July 11. Another important training programme started today comprehensively on agriculture and will continue till July 23. Former Principal of North Lakhimpur College, Dr. Budhin Baruah, Director of United RSETI, Suren Hazarika and DIPR of Lakhimpur, Sanjib Baruah were present as chief guests in the iiugural programme. Around 31 people participated in the sericulture training programme. The objective of both the training programme is to train people on agriculture science and how to use science in agricultural . Dr Budhin Baruah, former Principal of North Lakhimpur College, delivered a speech on various benefits of using science in agriculture. The iiugural speech was delivered by Suren Hazarika, Director of United RSETI.
