'Tree Man' Bakul Gogoi conferred Maya Media Award

Gohpur, Sept 7: Gos Bihu initiator-cum- ture conservator 'Tree Man' Bakul Gogoi received the Maya Media Award recently in Guwahati. The award was conferred by Dr. Kamal Malla Bujarbaruah, Vice-Chancellor of Assam Agricultural University, in presence of the Governor of Assam, Banwarilal Purohit. Bakul Gogoi received the Maya Media Award in the environment preservation section. The 'Luit Kontho' titled was conferred to popular singer and actor Zubeen Garg.
