Tributes paid to Father of the tion

MARGHERITA, October 3: Assam Bihari garik Bikash Manch Margherita and All Bharatiya Madhesiya Yuba Manch Margherita regiol committee paid tribute to the Father of the tion, Mahatma Gandhi, on his 147th birth anniversary at Gandhi Maidan in Margherita Bazaar.

The people gave tribute by lightning candles and incense sticks at Gandhi Maidan. Dr Om Prakash Sahu, president of Assam Bihari garik Bikash Manch, Margherita said that for Mahatma Gandhi. India got her Independence but unfortutely the Congress, BJP and AGP forgot to pay tribute to Mahatma Gandhi at Gandhi Maidan in Margherita Bazaar. He said that both Congress and BJP only wanted votes but they never bother about the great men of the country. He also slammed the Swacch Bharat Abhiyan as a photo op.
