Truck Driver Found Dead At Balughat In Basistha Area In Guwahati

GUWAHATI: The owner-driver of a truck (AP21TX9889), Sheikh Saiful, was found dead at Balughat in the Basistha area in Guwahati on Sunday morning. According to the police, Sheikh, hailing from Andhra Pradesh, had a quarrel with his handyman on Saturday night. He slept on Saturday and his body was recovered on Sunday. The handyman is absconding. The police sent the body to the Gauhati Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) for the post-mortem.
