Truck laden with sal logs seized

  KOKRAJHAR, June 18: Police and CRPF Cobra team on Wednesday seized a truck carrying illegal sal logs from Alangi area in Kokrajhar district.  The truck bearing registration no As-01A 7434 carrying sal logs was on its way to Kalgachia in Barpeta from Athiabari in Kokrajhar district when it was seized by the joint team.  Sources said four persons were arrested along with the truck. They have been identified as Mohd. Sukur Ali, Ismail Ali of Sorbhog Jamadarguri, Barpeta, Bimin Rabha and Dhanjay Rabha, both from Serfanguri Prem gar, Kokrajhar.
