TU students bag first prize in short film making competition

Tezpur, May 12: Babli Mondal and Sadika S. Laskar of Department of Mass Communication and Jourlism, Tezpur University have won the first prize in a short film making competition on the theme ‘Pollution’ organized by the Assam Don Bosco University recently as a part of the e-event “Shout Out to Green World”. “Shout Out to green World” is organised on the occasion of “World Earth Day” to help the environment and make positive changes in the community around us. The event focuses on issues like pollution, deforestation, water scarcity, soil erosion and degradation through different competitions based on these themes.  The e-event witnessed entries from various countries around the world. The winning video is uploaded on YouTube and official website of “Shout out to Green World” is available for public viewing.
