Tuki-appointed chairmen quit posts

ITAGAR, Oct 30: In another unprecedented political development, two chairmen appointed by Chief Minister bam Tuki, resigned from their respective posts on Thursday citing leadership issue to run the government properly.

Aruchal Pradesh Mineral Development & Trading Corporation Ltd Chairman Techi Lama and Hydro Power Development Corporation Chairman Tani Loffa in a letter to Tuki tendered their resigtions from the posts.

The letter, a copy of which was made available to the Press said, “It is strongly felt that we are uble to deliver for the development of the state and the people under the leadership of present Chief Minister bam Tuki due to fincial mismagement, law and order problem and lack of leadership.

When contacted Lama over the phone, he acknowledged the development stating that it was the beginning.

“This is only the beginning as there will be mass resigtions in the days to come. Just wait and watch,” Lama added.
