Tuki for strict vigilance by schools

ITAGAR, Feb 27: Former Chief Minister bam Tuki has expressed serious concern over the rise in crime against children in the State. Tuki, who represents the Sagalee constituency, raised the concern while addressing an event at the Guardian Angel School here. Citing recent incidents of crime against children, Tuki, the lone Congress MLA in the State, said parents are deeply worried about the safety of their children. He said the school magement committees will have to work hard to keep schools safe and secure. Speaking on the occasion, Chief Estate Officer Talo Potom emphasized the need for better relation between students and teachers. The day long function witnessed several cultural extravaganzas, games and sports and other related activities.
