Two ATASU leaders expelled

DEMOW, November 29: Under the leadership of Jayanta Gogoi, president of Demow Regiol Samiti of All Tai Ahom Students’ Union (ATASU), an urgent meeting was held on Sunday. In the meeting Sumit Handique, secretary of Demow Regiol Samiti spoke about the aims and objectives. Prabal Phukan, vice-president of Demow Regiol Samiti and Kishore Kumar Handique, organizing secretary of Demow Regiol Samiti were expelled from the union for breaking the rules and regulation of the organization and joining a political party.
