Two burglary cases rattle Udalguri

TANGLA, March 22: Two sensatiol incidents of daylight burglary rattled Udalguri on Wednesday. In the first incident, a duo stched a bag containing cash Rs 36,000 from the LIC satellite office of Harisinga area in Udaguri. The victim has been identified as an LICI agent med rayan Ch Das. Both the thieves maged to run away from the spot without anyone noticing them. In another case, one Chandra Kanta Kumar was robbed by two people in broad daylight. Reportedly, the incident took place near Udalguri market when Kumar came out from a bank after withdrawing his salary amount of Rs 25,000. The victim was informed by a youth that someone has puked on him and he started cleaning himself. Taking advantage of this, the thief fled with the bag.
