Two cars gutted

Bongaigaon, April 21: Two winger vehicles and a garage were gutted in a fire accident occurred at Chapaguri area at NH-31(C) of Chirang district on Thursday. The registration number of one Winger is AS-14-C-2234.  Registration number of the other could not be found as it was completely burnt. Talking to press Amit Mandal, an welder of the garage said that the fire started from the spark of a welding machine when he was working. “We tried to put off the fire but failed. Later fire brigade arrived but till then, both cars and the garage were burnt completely,” he said. It should be mentioned that owner of the garage, Rabi Das is missing since the time of occurrence of the incident.
