Two die in road mishap at Boko

 BOKO, September 19: A fatal accident took place on Friday night at Sakhati near Boko town.  A loaded truck on its way from Guwahati to Goalpara and a Tata Magic Ace (pick-up van) coming from the opposite direction had a head-on collision on NH-37.  Akshay Rabha (24) of Kathalkuchi under Boko Police Station died on the spot and four others were seriously injured. The injured are Kohin Rabha (30), Dipankar Rabha (20) Paduram Raabha (16) and Sujay Das (28), all from Kathalkuchi village.  They were shifted to Gauhati Medical College and Hospital in a serious condition, but Sujay Das was declared dead on reaching GMCH. Due to the accident, traffic was stopped for around one hour.
