Two drugs smugglers apprehended

GAON (HAIBORGAON), Feb 28: Based on intelligent input, gaon town police led by TSI Jiban Marak and ASIs duos Tankeswar Boruah and Pavan Deka, on Tuesday evening apprehended two drugs smugglers along with large quantity of drugs from gaon Choukitup areas. According to police sources, the bbed smugglers have been identified as Sony Hussain of Choukitup and zim Uddin of Fashi road of gaon town. The sources further added that police recovered 144 bottles of various cough syrup and 144 other intoxicating tablets from their possession. The bbed drug mafia duos have been involved in illegal drugs smuggling in the district over the years.
