Two held by Demow and Sivasagar Police in ATM loot incident in Demow Central Market

DEMOW: Two persons were apprehended by Demow and Sivasagar Police on Wednesday for alleged involvement in the ATM loot incident that took place recently in Demow Central Market. According to sources, on Wednesday, Sivasagar and Demow Police apprehended two persons from Natun Saniyoti Gaon under Hajo Police Station and brought them to Demow Police Station. They have been identified as Sonat Ullah (36), son of Rahman Ali, and Tariful Ali (29), son of Intajur Ali. Police also recovered a machine which was used in cutting the ATM and a gas cylinder.
