Two held with Bhutanese liquor

KOKRAJHAR, March 26:  Based on specific input on Friday, the Border Out Post Dadgiri of 16th Bn. SSB conducted a special raid near Devdangi which is about 3.5 km from Border pillar no. 169/5 under command of Mobi Lourembam, Assistant Commandant and made a seizure of Bhutanese liquor and apprehended two persons who were carrying Bhutanese liquor in a Tata Magic. Sources from SSB said on getting information about the persons and the vehicle, the SSB party intercepted the vehicle near Davdangi and seized illegal Bhutanese liquor on the spot and apprehended two persons mely - Mojen Muchahary (29) of village Madhyam Runikhata and Guneshwar Basumatary (31) of village Ranipur under Runikhata Police Station of Chirang district.
