Two held with brown sugar

DIBRUGARH, MAY 6: The Dibrugarh police arrested two persons from Marwary patty Chariali and Puja Ghat here on Thursday and seized 27grams Brown sugar from their possessions. The arrested drug trafficker and abuser have later identified as Raju Ahmed alias Abdul Kadir of Panchali and Pranjal Thaomung of msai in Aruchal Pradesh. Police registered two separate cases (case no.342/16 under section 21(B) NDPS ACT and case no. 343/16 under section 27(A) NDPS ACT).
