SHILLONG, April 21: A motorist heading towards Bajengdoba from Anogre sustained injuries after he fell off from his motorbike when it skidded off the road. The incident took place at Bolongre under Resubelpara Block, North Garo Hills on Tuesday, at around 2:23 p.m. The motorist med Moohar Ali (45) was shifted to Rari PHC, with the help of the Emergency Service Ambulance 108 base in Rari.
A coal laden truck (RJ23JA - 4888) travelling towards Guwahati overturned at a turning when the driver lost control of the vehicle at 20th Mile under Umling Block, Ri Bhoi district. The 108 Emergency Service Ambulance base in Byrnihat helped in shifting Ebor Dhar (30) to Nongpoh Civil Hospital.
