SHILLONG, Sept 27: On Monday evening, one recovery van (AS-01B-0516) dashed against motorcycle (AS-01BN-2807) ridden by Jitendra Kr. Rai (28 yrs) at 12th Mile, Byrnihat (RB). As a result, the motorcycle rider along with one pillion rider sustained injuries and were shifted to CHC Byrnihat. After the incident, the driver of the recovery van fled away.
