Two killed in road mishap

GAURISAGAR, June16 : Two persons were killed in a  road accident that took place at Charing Ali Kekuri, four km away from Gaurisagar police station on Monday night. According to sources, a Jorhat bound TATA AC bearing registration No AS-03 AC-8805 collided head on with a Bolero pick-up van coming from opposite direction bearing registration No AS-03 AC-6396 at Charing on NH-37. In the accident Raju Ahmed (42), owner of TATA AC and driver Jintu Das (30), a resident of Jorhat Royal road died on the spot.
