Two miscreants bbed

Rangia, Dec 29: Two miscreants from Motihari Bihar were arrested by Rangia police on Tuesday evening. They tried to stch Rs 18,000 from Prab Kalita of Kanikuchi, Rangia after he withdrew the amount from SBI Rangia and was proceeding to his house. Three miscreants tried to stch his bag from him by diverting his attention at Rangia Highway Chowk. But the public caught them red-handed. However, one miscreant somehow maged to escape.  According to OC Rangia, Jogen Barman, the two arrested miscreants have been identified as Md. Rizwan and Dharmendar Kumar, both from Bihar. The other is Shikari Mahato. They had looted money in Guwahati earlier.  A case has been lodged at Rangia Police station.
