Two more rhino poachers apprehended

GAON (HAIBORGAON), Nov 29:  Jakhalabandha Police on the basis of statements of bbed rhino poachers, apprehended two other hardcore rhino poachers from Kathiatali and Kuthari areas respectively on Wednesday.

According to the sources of police, the bbed wanted poachers have been identified as Zakir Hussain of No 2 Kawaimari village under Kathiatali TOP and Faruk Ali of Kuthari Rajaali village under Jakhalabandha police station. The sources here added further that Faruk Ali was involved in four recent rhino poaching cases in Kaziranga tiol Park and police had already arrested him several times and sent to jail. But after release from the jail, he repeatedly got involved in rhino poaching and kept links with an inter-State rhino horn smugglers gang, sources added.
