Two NDFB(S) rebels held

Kokrajhar, Dec 16: Army and police in a joint operation bbed two hardcore NDFB (S) rebels in Kokrajhar district on Sunday. Based on specific technical intelligence Army and Kokrajhar Police launched a joint operation and apprehended one female cadre of NDFB(S),  Ansu rzary from village Mahenderpur and one male cadre Mahiram Brahma alias Msisw from Ultapani village in Kokrajhar  district. Ansu is the fiancée of hardcore NDFB(S) rebel Khouse alias Kharo Kharao who had tasked her to collect ammunition and other warlike stores from Mahiram Brahma alias Msisw.  154 live rounds of AK series Rifles and two mobile phones were recovered from the bbed rebels.
